By accessing or using AI Ads Platform ("the Service"), operated by FresheenHealth, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AI Ads Platform helps you manage, monitor and optimize Facebook advertising through the Meta Marketing API, including AI-generated suggestions for campaigns, ad sets and ads.
3. Your Responsibilities
- • Connect only ad accounts, Pages and business portfolios you are lawfully authorized to manage.
- • Comply with the Meta Advertising Policies and all applicable laws.
- • You remain responsible for your ad content, budgets and advertising decisions.
- • Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account.
4. AI Suggestions
Optimization suggestions are provided for reference only. We do not guarantee specific advertising results and are not responsible for ad spend incurred on your accounts.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FresheenHealth is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, service disruptions caused by changes to Meta's APIs, or account restrictions imposed by Meta.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your Facebook account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. To request deletion of your data, see the Data Deletion instructions.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
